My New Hair Routine For Hair Growth

I’ve always had very dry, frizzy, thin hair, which got even more thin after having post-partum thyroiditis. I’ve tried so many different things from expensive hair masks to old wives tales for hair growth. A few months ago one of our followers suggested Abbey Yung and her hair growth course. While randomly awake at 3am, I decided to go for it and give it a try. I read through the course and decided to give it a try with the cheapest products she recommended. • I started using the products in the image below religiously—I use them in the order pictured as directed on the bottle!

  • I have tried really hard to only wash my hair 1-2 times a week. There are a lot of steps in this process, but it helps tremendously that I’m only doing it once or twice a week.

  • I only use the ColorWow spray when I am heading out and want extra soft, frizz free hair! It’s great for a DIY blowout.

  • You can purchase Abbey’s Course to get all the details, but these are what have been working for me:
