My New Hair Routine For Hair Growth
I’ve always had very dry, frizzy, thin hair, which got even more thin after having post-partum thyroiditis. I’ve tried so many different things from expensive hair masks to old wives tales for hair growth. A few months ago one of our followers suggested Abbey Yung and her hair growth course. While randomly awake at 3am, I decided to go for it and give it a try. I read through the course and decided to give it a try with the cheapest products she recommended. And now, a few months later, I am noticing a ton of hair growth! A few things I’ve done:
I started using the products in the image below religiously—I use them in the order pictured as directed on the bottle!
I try to put the first step oil on my hair in the morning before heading to the gym or at least 10-20 minutes before washing my hair to hydrate and protect it.
I have tried really hard to only wash my hair 1-2 times a week. There are a lot of steps in this process, but it helps tremendously that I’m only doing it once or twice a week.
I only use the ColorWow spray when I am heading out and want extra soft, frizz free hair! It’s great for a DIY blowout.
You can purchase Abbey’s Course to get all the details, but these are what have been working for me:
